I went for a walk in the fog and rain this morning and thought out loud about how EVERYTHING in the universe is VIBRATION. I felt my whole body knowing that this is true and what this actually means. I thought I would share my revelations with you as it is about sound and creating the life you want for yourself and your children.
I AM A MUSICAL INSTRUMENT
If everything in the universe is vibrating, WE are vibrating and are therefore instruments of sound. Like any musical instrument we can create high or low frequencies…not with a string and bow…but with our THOUGHTS, FEELINGS and ACTIONS. These are the mechanics of our instruments just as the frets, strings and plectrum are the mechanics of creating sound on a guitar. We therefore have the choice as to which frequency we would like to be resonating at.
Most of the time though we are unaware of this and therefore have no choice over the sounds we create. Our instrument then sends out random notes, harsh notes, distorted notes, lazy notes, half-played notes which equals NOISE, not music. When we are aware that EVERYTHING we say, speak, think , do and feel has an effect on ourselves, those around us and the planet we can choose to play our instrument with intention and precision creating the most beautiful music you can possibly imagine!
THE LAW OF ATTRACTION
Universal law says that we attract to us what we think about the most. So if we are thinking high frequency thoughts we can only attract things, people and situations that resonate with this frequency. Ditto for the low frequency thoughts by the way. You can differentiate between the two by how you are feeling. Your emotions are the barometer for what thoughts you are thinking and more importantly believing to be true!
Love, Compassion, Gratitude = high frequency. Anger, Depression, Fear – low frequency.
If everything is vibration, “similar” frequencies will be drawn to each other. For example, you think “I’ll never be able to afford a car like that”. You feel poor and miserable. You attract a car or you already have a car that reflects your thought and then feeling of lack…. You receive what you send “out there”. So if you want to receive different things, experiences, people into your life YOU need to send out thoughts and feelings through your manifesting instrument (YOU!) that resonate at higher frequencies. For example, You actually have an old bomb and you decide you want a new car. You take the time to sit and imagine your new car, how it feels to be driving it, parking it in your garage, admiring how shiny it is. You say “Thankyou for my beautiful shiny new car that I easily could afford to buy…etc etc…” as though it has already happened. Do you FEEL great? This feeling and these thoughts you are thinking are vibrating at a much higher frequency than those lacking thoughts. Know that by universal law you will only receive what you asked for in perfect timing. Be aware of your thinking after doing this. Remember you need to BELIEVE that you already have a new car. A belief is a thought that has been thought over and over again. So keep thinking about what you WANT and you will eventually receive it.
GIVE YOURSELF A “TUNE-UP”
I am discovering for myself that toning with a crystal singing bowl while thinking a high frequency intention such as “I am now filled with peace, love and joy”, is the ultimate way of raising vibration and therefore manifesting. Why? How? The sound that resonates from these bowls are pure frequency no disturbances, no noise…Due to “entrainment” the vibrations that make up our bodies then rise to meet these higher crystal vibrations. This combined with chanelling vibrations from the universe (toning) through your body is an easy and powerful way to give yourself a “tune-up”. As each person tunes themselves up and resonates at their true, pure frequency, the people they come in contact with also become “tuned up” and eventually everyone on the planet is IN TUNE and we truly become intruments of the universal orchestra…in tune, in harmony and constantly creating new and beautiful melodies in each moment.
