How much energy do you have? Are you bouncing out of bed every morning ready to delve into your juicy life? If not, YOU and only YOU have the power to change this. I know from my own experience that to ENJOY being a parent and for your children to enjoy YOU, you NEED your energy or vibration to be as high as possible!
EVERYTHING in the universe is VIBRATING.
According to David Hawkins, who wrote Power Vs Thought, every word, thought, sound, book, song, emotion and person resonates at a frequency that can be measured. For example, the sound of a person laughing has a higher frequency than a baby crying. A freshly picked apple has a higher frequency than a piece of stewed apple. Mozart’s music has a higher frequency than heavy metal music. Thinking “I can” has a higher frequency than “I can’t”. Joy is higher than anger. Anger is higher than sadness… and so on. If you think about it, it’s pretty obvious – isn’t it?
Look at your life right now. What foods do you choose to eat? What words do you choose to say? What objects do you choose to put inside your house? What clothes do you wear? What thoughts are you thinking and, more importantly, believing? What music and sounds do you choose to listen to? All of these things omit a frequency or energy and, because we are also vibrating, they have a direct effect on our energy. All the things, thoughts and feelings that vibrate at a higher frequency will help to “raise our vibration”. The things, thoughts and feelings that vibrate at a lower frequency will “drag us down”.
As you become more aware of this you start to use your feelings as an indication of what frequency you are vibrating at. For example, if you are sad or angry your vibration will be low. Raising your vibration can be achieved by focusing on thinking high frequency thoughts (gratitude); consuming high frequency food and drink (raw, fruit and vegetables, water); listening to high frequency music (classical, crystal bowls, any song that has positive lyrics); reading high frequency books (anything inspirational and positive); watching high frequency movies (whatever makes you feel happy and alive!) and putting yourself in a high frequency environment (ocean, trees, nature). It is these things that will raise your vibration to the frequency of love and light. This is your natural state of being.
Choosing to raise your vibration from moment to moment is an act of love for yourself and your baby! You really can’t afford to have low energy when you are a mother. So take positive action by choosing high vibration NOW!
