I will share videos about each of the instruments that I use in my sound journeys. You will learn why I chose them and where you can purchase them. I'll also give you tips on which instruments I feel are best if you just want to start small and build on your set from there.
Play them Well!
This step is about learning how to play each instrument well. I'll teach you how to play each instrument with awareness and skill so that you can go ahead and start practicing too! Remember, these instruments are easy to master compared to any others out there such as the piano or guitar! So, no need to think it's too hard!
Create a Sound Journey!
Learn about all of the musical elements that will help you create a relaxing sound journey that people will love! Here I will share what I learnt from my classical music background as I feel that knowing these elements are critical to creating an experience that is enjoyable and relaxing to your participants. It will also give you more ideas on how you can structure your sessions and transition from one sound to another seamlessly.
Share Your Sound!
Now you have found YOUR way of facilitating a sound journey, it's time to share it with the world! Learn how to introduce and end a session. Gain ideas on how you can start promoting to the people, events and groups you would like to work with. I have a background in Classical music on piano and double bass and 12 years experince in the "sound healing" world!
I can't wait to hold your hand as you discover YOUR own way of creating and sharing sound journeys with others.

Frequently Asked Questions!
Do I need to have a musical background?
No! All you need is the desire to learn play and share sound with others! You will gain the experience you need as you go!
Do I need to have a collection of sound tools already?
No you don't! I will give you ideas in the training and then you can start collecting! You only need a handful of instruments to start offering these sessions ... and you can then build over time.
Is it possible to learn how to play these instruments online?
Ideally of course it would be easier to learn in person, so you could really explore and listen to these sound tools. But I also know from my own experience that most of the learning occurs when you are actually out there facilitating these sound journeys for others. The rest is just information and tips! NB: If you are wanting to go the whole way and be insured through IICT, you will need to purchase the "Ultimate" package so you can fine tune your sessions with me before graduating.
How will I know I am ready to start offering sessions?
You will know! You will start gaining positive feedback from others. You will feel confident enough to continue to offer sessions and people will keep showing up!
How many hours of practice do I need to do before I can graduate?
In order to be a trained Sound Journey Facilitator, and gain the IICT insurance, you will need to facilitate 10 sessions to different groups and ask for feedback. You will also need to have completed the homework in the training and chosen the "Ultimate Package" so that you have at least three 1:1 mentoring sessions with me. If we feel you need more sessions before you graduate you will need to pay an extra fee (to be discussed).
