Before you purchase this training, I have a few things I would like us to be on the same page about! 

I have spent a lot of time, money and energy creating "SoundBirth" and need to know that the people representing my work have high integrity and are willing to be on board with these agreements.

If you don't agree, I understand and sad to see you go.  If you do, yay! I look forward to working with you!

I  am a trained birth worker and understand that in order for me to be listed on the SoundBirth website I need to show proof of training.

I agree to not download and share this information with others unless they are your potential or paying clients.  You can however direct them to this training as a SoundBirth Affiliate. 

I agree to using my SoundBirth Bowl when offering my SoundBirth services. 

I  understand that in order for me to be listed on the SoundBirth website as a "Trained SoundBirth Professional" I need to have completed the "SoundBirth Professional Training" (which includes the "Homework") and to be "approved" by Nicole Lloyd after having a Zoom Call at the course completion. 

I  agree to acknowledging "SoundBirth" when using any resources I use in the training for my own work with clients.  I acknowledge by linking blogs, articles, resources to the SoundBirth Website. 

I  agree that if any of my clients want to purchase their own bowl, I will use my "Affiliate" link, so they purchase the bowl through the SoundBirth website. 

I  agree to giving my clients access to the SoundBirth for Expectant Couples Workbook, SoundBirth Audios and Resources (I will give you access to these after the training) 

I  understand that if anything goes "wrong", SoundBirth (Nicole Lloyd) is not liable - bowl breaking before or during birth, woman not liking the bowl, the woman having complications at birth. 

I  understand that I am allowed to charge whatever I like for my SoundBirth services after I have been approved as a "Trained SoundBirth Professional".  

I  understand that in order for me to be listed as a "SoundBirth Professional" on the SoundBirth website, I need to pay a yearly Membership Site Fee ($100) which will begin 12 months after initial purchase of this course.

I  understand that I can complete the course in my own time but won't be able to offer "SoundBirth" or be listed in the Directory until I have completed the homework and been "approved" by Nicole.

I  agree to contacting Nicole via email to organise a Zoom call when I have completed the course.

I, Nicole Lloyd, agree to supporting you for 12 months while you do the online training.  You can contact me via text/email and I will either return your call between (9-4 weekdays, Perth time) or respond via text/email at my convenience. If an emergency of course let me know. 

I agree to listing you in the SoundBirth Directory when you have completed the training, where your business details will be listed and any information that will help promote your services.  

I agree to sending out a social media post on Facebook and Instagram once you have been listed as a SoundBirth Professional. 

I agree to sharing any approved articles or testimonials you write about the use of the SoundBirth tools on my website (linking to your website) and on social media.

I agree to creating any resources that you may need to make it easier for you to learn and share and use the SoundBirth tools. 

I agree to continuing to be an Approved IICT Training Provider so that you can be insured through them after the training.
