During labour, a birth partner or doula can play the bowl gently to help create a steady rhythm and point of focus through contractions. The bowl is also a practical size to transport to your chosen birth space without being excessively large or heavy.

Although specially selected for SoundBirth, this bowl can also be used for:

Purchasing the SoundBirth Bowl does not include a SoundBirth session. If you would like to learn how to use the bowl, voice and breathing techniques to prepare for labour, you can book a private one-to-one SoundBirth session with Nicole.

Sessions are available in person in Perth or online, and your birth partner or support person is encouraged to participate so they can learn how to play the bowl and support you during labour.
