Large Bowl Mallet
This mallet, made in Perth by Stephen Lloyd, has been especially made to play the larger sized crystal singing bowls (14 - 22 inch).
Because it is more difficult to reach the other side of these bowls I found that it is better to play them with a mallet that has a wider diameter to prevent the awful scraping sound that can accidentally occur when using the smaller sized rubber ball mallets.
They are also easier to get the bowl resonating which people also love.
